With a choice of seven studios, seven different vibes. There is no limit to us being able to fulfil your booking needs.
With prices starting from an unbelievable £10 P/H for an ad-hoc private space hire as well as a range of packages for long-term/residential booking periods, there is no reason to NOT take advantage of this opportunity.
Whether it’s solo practice or a West End Production rehearsals, the team at Clear Frame is highly-skilled and adept to being the first step in making your dreams a reality
All of our Studios at The Factory and The Gallery are professional standard with a wide variety of styles, sizes and commodities.

Studio 1 - The Factory
Size: 38 feet by 45 feet (14 meters by 9 meters)
Features: Equipped with a wooden sprung floor, large mirrors, sound system, Pilates mats, three-full-wall windows supplying natural light and air conditioning. Rigging Points also available with Aerial Equipment subject to availability at Studio’s discretion in separate agreement. Tables and chairs are available on request. Our largest space perfect for production rehearsals.
Studio 2 - The Factory
Size: 30 feet by 30 feet (9 meters by 9 meters)
Features: Includes a wooden sprung floor, large mirrors on opposite walls, a sound system, LED lighting, and black-boxed walling. Tables and chairs upon request. This studio also is adjacent to the upstairs mezzanine, ideal for castings and auditions
Studio 3 - The Factory
Size: 20 feet by 46 feet (14 meters by 6 meters)
Features: Includes a wooden sprung floor, large mirrors, a sound system, two-wall windows for natural light, pilates mats, blocks and small weights and air conditioning. It also offers tables and chairs on request, catering to various needs from dance rehearsals to workshops and courses
Gallery B - The Gallery
Size Dimensions: 35 feet x 26.8 feet (10.6 x 8 metres)
Features: Equipped with wood finish flooring, sink/kitchenette unit, independent LED lighting(available upon request) , portable speaker, floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall, storage (subject to availability), and air conditioning. Tables and chairs available on request as well as 8 Pole spots over 3 metres high. Poles able to be provided in a separate agreement with studio.
Gallery A - The Gallery
Size Dimensions: 20.4 feet x 25 feet (7.6 x 6.2 metres)
Features: Equipped with wood finish flooring, portable speaker, mirrored wall, independent LED lighting (available upon request) and air conditioning. Tables and chairs available on request as well as 2 Pole spots at 2.8 metres high. Poles able to be provided in a separate agreement with studio.
Studio 4 - The Factory
Size Dimensions: 10.8 feet x 11.1 feet (3.3 x 3.4 metres)
Features: Equipped with wood finish flooring, colour-changing LED strip lights, double mirror as well as single pole point and aerial point with equipment subject to availability and separate agreement by the venue. Tables and chairs available upon request.
Studio 5 - The Factory
Size Dimensions: 204 sq ft (19m2)
Features: Tiled flooring, air conditioning, black box studio, aux-compatible sound system (adaptor not included). Tables and chairs available upon request.
